Why Wössner pistons?
The quality of pistons depens to a huge degree on the used forgings. Due to our own forging company in Italy we can influence the quality of the forgings we use and also adapt the forgings to our needs.We focus on the very important heat treatment after the forging process. This is crucial for the high quality of our products.
A special molybdän coating on our stock pistons reduces the friction during the warm-up time.
Which clearance should be used for Wössner pistons?
The clearance is diplayed on every package of a piston. The clearance should be measured on the thickest part of a piston. This is 90° offset to the pin and about 10-20mm above the edge of the piston skirt.
Can I become a dealer of your products?

Can I also order as a privat person direct from you?
You can also order as a private person direct from us, unless we have a distributor for the parts in your country.
What can I do if I do not find suitable pistons and conrods in the catalogue?
Please contact us with the details of your model or send us a sample and we will contact you after we have had a look at the pieces. We can produce most of the pistons as a custom made piece after a sample. Prices depend on the model.
What is included in a Wössner piston kit?
Our Wössner pistons kits always include rings, pins and clips unless it is stated differently in our catalogue.
Can I also send you a cylinder to be grinded ?
We would be happy to work with your cylinder. If necessary we can just hone your cylinder or we can bore it up. After examine the cylinder we can send you an offer with the exact costs first and then you can make a decision.
Besides grinding you can also send us your cylinder if it needs a new coating. We will pass your cylinder on to our competent partner. Prices depend on the cylinder diameter.
